Product performance:

1. Barium titanate as the white powder, melting point is 1625 ℃, the proportion is 6.0, soluble in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid, not soluble in hot dilute nitric acid, water and alkali. There are five crystal types: hexagonal, cubic, tetragonal, trigonal and rhombic. The most common form is a tetragonal crystal.

2. Due to the high dielectric constant, nano barium titanate has special dielectric properties and has become an indispensable material in high-frequency circuit components. It is also used in media amplification, frequency modulation and storage devices.
