Application of Nickel(III) oxide nanoparticles Ni2O3 nanopowder:

1.Nano Ni2O3 used for catalyst. Since nano-nickel oxide has a large specific surface area, nickel oxide has good catalytic properties in many transition metal oxide catalysts, and its catalytic effect can be further enhanced when nano-nickel oxide is combined with other materials.

2.Ni2O3 nano powder for capacitor electrode. Low-cost metal oxides such as Ni2O3, Co3O4, and MnO2 can be used as electrode materials to produce supercapacitors instead of precious metal oxides such as RuO2. Among them, nickel oxide is simple in preparation and inexpensive, and thus has attracted attention.

3. Nickel III oxide nanoparticles as light absorbing materials. Since nano-nickel oxide exhibits selective light absorption in the light absorption spectrum, it has application value in the fields of optical switching, optical calculation, and optical signal processing.

4. Nickel oxide nanopowder for gas sensor. Because nano-nickel oxide is a semiconductor material, a gas-sensitive resistor can be fabricated by utilizing adsorption of a gas to change its electrical conductivity.
