Application of Cu-Ni powder / Ni-Cu alloy powder

1. Cu-Ni powder as metal nano-lubricating additives: adding 0.1 to 0.3% to the lubricating oil, grease, in the friction Sassafras process to make friction on the surface of self-lubricating, self-repair film, significantly reduce friction and friction anti-friction performance. Compared with the single metal nano-lubricating additives, the amount of powder added by 3 to 5 times, the repair time is short, the friction coefficient is small and long-term stability.
